NU Rover is a student run organization with approximately 50 members that works to create a Mars rover to complete challenges at various competitions around the world each year.
I have been part of the mechanical team for two semesters and have taken the lead mechanical role for two projects. The first and larger project was the mobility system for the rover, and the second is a steerable antenna used for long range communications with the rover during competition. This year I will be attending URC and CIRC competitions with the team to test out our new upgrades this season!
